Services Provided

Elite Property Services provides home watch and estate management services including scheduled inspections, visual property checks, HVAC and humidity monitoring, water leak observation, security checks, concierge services, and vendor coordination.

Prevention

While Elite Property Services strives to identify visible concerns and potential issues, we cannot guarantee prevention of water damage, mold, mechanical failures, storms, theft, vandalism, pest infestations, or hidden defects.

Limited Liability

Elite Property Services shall not be held liable for acts of nature, hurricanes, flooding, severe weather, mechanical failures, or hidden conditions. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for services rendered during the month of the claim.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining active homeowner’s insurance, utility services, and providing accurate access instructions, alarm codes, emergency contacts, and working keys.

Emergency Response & Repairs

If issues are discovered during inspections, clients will be notified promptly. Vendor coordination and emergency services may be arranged upon authorization. Additional fees may apply for emergency visits or after-hours services.

Service fees are due according to agreed billing terms. Either party may terminate services with written notice.  Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
